In-store assets.
The best way to let customers know you offer Afterpay is through visual merchandise (VM). In a recent in-store test, Afterpay’s visual merchandise drove a 12% uplift in incremental customers and a 9.7% increase in revenue.*
Our assets have been created to help drive foot traffic into your business and increase sales by promoting the use of Afterpay. As a valued Afterpay partner, you will automatically receive a welcome pack, which includes in-store marketing materials that you can use in your business.
The welcome pack is delivered directly to the address you provided in your application. Allow up to 7 business days for delivery post implementation, then follow our best practice guide for installation tips and tricks.
How to order additional visual merchandise.
Once your business is set up with Afterpay, a welcome VM kit will be sent to the address provided by you during onboarding. If your kit arrives damaged or you require additional assets, please request a new VM pack that will be delivered to you within 7 business days.
Please fill out the Afterpay Visual Merchandise Request and a member of the team will arrange a complimentary pack to be sent to you. Note: you will need to provide your Merchant ID which can be found in your Business Hub.
An email will be sent to you with the tracking link once your pack has been dispatched.
